Upcoming Events

We are excited to announce we have officially kicked off the fundraising initiative that gives our Orchestra students a chance to earn credits for their Orchestra Account. Students will have the opportunity to sell Sponsorships to local businesses.

What Are Sponsorships?
Sponsorships involve students and/or parents reaching out to local businesses to support the Orchestra program and your child. We offer four Sponsorship levels, each including advertising opportunities in all concert programs for the 2025–2026 season. Since there are no costs associated with this fundraiser, all proceeds will directly contribute to students' orchestra accounts, with only a 3% transaction fee applied for credit card payments.

Links
Below are links to all of the documents you need to successfully sell a sponsorship. Please take a moment to review this information with your child.

How You Can Help
You can support your student by considering businesses you frequent or those in your neighborhood. Familiarity with a business can significantly enhance the chances of making a sale. Don’t forget to review the guidelines on the link below; they contain valuable tips to assist both you and your student.

Important Deadline
All Sponsorships must be submitted by October 10th.

Based on our experience, this fundraising effort is one of the easiest ways for students to earn credit towards their accounts. Parents are also encouraged to reach out to potential sponsors; your efforts will, of course, benefit your student.

Happy selling!
